When will my feature be published?
We confirm availability and your publication schedule before the order begins. The planned production window is five business days after verified payment and complete materials; the order email confirms the date.
How long will the feature stay available?
The feature is available for at least 90 days, subject to rights, accuracy and site availability. You may reuse the supplied graphic to promote your feature.
How is sponsored content presented?
Features are labeled “Sponsored Artist Feature,” and paid links are marked as sponsored. You approve the feature before publication.
What about cancellation?
Your inquiry is not an order. Written cancellation and refund terms are supplied before payment. An undelivered agreed service is not treated as fulfilled.
