Artist inquiries
We use your contact information, release details and supplied materials to respond and manage the requested service. Sending an artist inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Inquiry forms deliver details and optional MP3 attachments to the station through FormSubmit. Its submission archive retains form text for 30 days and does not retain uploaded files. The station may keep correspondence for service and transaction records.
Newsletter choices
Newsletter signup is optional. After you submit the signup form, we ask you to confirm by email before adding you to the active list. The newsletter includes editorial stories, station updates and promotional offers. Reply UNSUBSCRIBE to any newsletter, or email an unsubscribe request. We check for unsubscribe requests before newsletter sends.
Community
Public community posts display the name and location you choose to share. Avoid private contact information. Chat messages display for 24 hours and are removed from storage after seven days. Shout-outs and artist discussions are reviewed before publication. A daily keyed network identifier helps limit spam; the community service does not store raw IP addresses.
Site measurement
Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and use of site features. Form messages, email addresses, names and uploaded music are not sent as analytics event data. Query strings and fragments are excluded from page-view reports.
Content and contact
IHHR uses AI-assisted tools for correspondence and content production. Sponsored artist features receive artist review before publication. To ask about your information, request deletion or stop follow-ups, contact independenthiphopradio@gmail.com. Records needed for completed transactions may be retained.
